			ARTICLE XI:  AMENDMENTS
			No provision of these Bylaws will be subject to suspension.
	HOME		These Bylaws may be amended by the following procedure:
			1.  The President will appoint a Bylaws committee, comprised of no fewer than 2 members of the executive board and 3 representatives.
	MEMBER CLUBS		2.  The Committee will present the proposed changes in the Bylaws to the Board of Directors for their acceptance.
			3.  Once accepted, copies of the amended Bylaws will be sent to a representative of each member club for posting at least thirty (30)
	CALENDAR		days prior to the time of voting.
			4.  Voting will take place at member clubs.  Approval by two-thirds (2/3) of the SMWGA members present at the time voting takes place
	FIELD DAYS		will constitute the member club's approval of the amended Bylaws.
			5.  Amendments will take effect on the date of the next meeting of the Board of Directors following approval by a majority of the member

			Original Bylaws approved by Board members September 20, 1967.  A majority of member clubs and the Board of Directors approved
			revisions to the Bylaws on the following dates:  January 1, 1972; July 30, 1973; May 20, 1978; March 17, 1982; September 26, 1984;
			March 26, 1986; June 1, 1988; June 28, 1995; April 4, 1999; April 12, 2000; October 23, 2001; January 15, 2003; June 2, 2004;
			November 10, 2004; January 5, 2005; June 27, 2007; and December 1, 2010.	pertaining to her office, and such other duties as requested by the Board of Directors.
