| The meeting was called to order at 10 a.m. by President, Jan Chlebowski/ESC. | ||||||

| TREASURER: Annette Antle/ELC requested that any outstanding bills be submitted immediately. | ||||||
| Treasurer's report will be emailled at a later date. | ||||||
| FIELD DAY: ML Field Day is Monday, January 11, 2010. Cost = $54 (Golf/Cart = $35, Lunch = $15, | ||||||

| Katie confirmed that a new member must complete 6 regular play days at her home course and 1 | ||||||
| Membership | Field Day in order to qualify for SMWGA team in 2010. | |||||
| Information | Katie next read a letter from ESC Team Captain, Gerri Patterson, confirming that ESC can not remain | |||||
| a viable member of SMWGA because they can no longer field a team. | ||||||
