| Page 2 | FIELD DAY: Maggie Brown/ESC reorted there were 61 players at the Escondido Field | ||||

| Calendar | There are 41 players attending the Twin Oaks Field Day on June 15. | ||||
| Castle Creek's Field Day is Thursday, July 9. Dawn Jessee reported the cost breakdown as | |||||

| CORRESPONDING SECRETARY: Kathy Dells/ELC sent a card thanking Escondido CC for | |||||

| CALENDAR/WEB: Joyce Goldman provided copies of the current calendar and asked for club | |||||
| Team | updates as soon as they are available. She also asked that everyone review the | ||||
| Information | website for accuracy, especially as it relates to their club's information. | ||||

| TEAM MAJOR: Maggie Brown/ESC mentioned a member who underwent surgery and could | |||||
| By Laws & | not qualify for team because she could not attend a field day. The possibilityof an exemption | ||||
| Standing Rules | in order for her or anyone with an illness, etc., to be allowed to play team. A discussion | ||||
| followed and a motion was passed; however, if a player received an exemption with no field | |||||
| Field Days | day in the qualifying period, that player must play 2 field days in order to qualify for team play | ||||

| Winners | Maggie also reviewed the possibility of having 6 teams per club instead of the present 7. A | ||||
| show of hands preferred 7 teams, and that will stand for this year. | |||||
| Minutes | OLD BUSINESS: Ellie Judge/PEN announced that Pendleton is having an invitational guest day | ||||
| on Thursday, July 30. $20 for non-military and $16 for military. A light lunch will be available | |||||
| for approximately $10 for those who wish to stay after the game. Players will make up their | |||||
| own foursomes. Katie Maldonado will send a flyer to every club by email. | |||||
| June Boerrigter/ML reported Meadow Lake is having an invitational couples tournament on | |||||
| Sunday, June 28. The cost is $50/prson. Lynn Mollet will email a flyer to each club. | |||||
| There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:45 a.m. The next meeting | |||||
| will be held on Wednesday, July 1. President Jan Chlebowski will advise all of the location at | |||||
| a later date. Checks for Castle Creek Field Day will be due at that time. | |||||
