			MINUTES OF SMWGA BOARD MEETING – April 15, 2009 (Winners Circle)
			The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Jan Chlebowski/ESC, President.

	Member Clubs		THE MINUTES:  For March 18, 2009 meeting were approved.

	Page 2		TREASURERS REPORT:  There are 51 players signed up for the Winners' Circle at
			Shadowridge.  No report was submitted from Twin Oaks, so the final number is pending
	Calendar		that report.  Katie Maldonado/PEN has several volunteers for sign-in and scoring
			responsibilities.

	Directors		CORRESPONDING CHAIR:  Thank you note sent to Lake San Marcos for the Field Day in
			March.
	Membership
	Information		MEMBERSHIP:  Donna Roberts announced one renewing member and one transferring
			member:  Rose Hyde/PEN (transfer), Anne Adelgais (renewing).
	Team
	Information		OLD BUSINESS:  Jan Chlebowski announced that the Getaway will be held at Borrego Springs
	Eligibility List		on Monday, September 21 and Tuesday, September 22.  These were the only dates the resort
			could give us before November.  The cost is $185 and includes two days of golf and a card, a
	By Laws &		shared room for one night, and food.  Shotgun on Day 1 is at 12:00 Noon, 8:00 a.m. on Day 2.
	Standing Rules		More specific information is forthcoming.  Kathy Cates will check into changing the date of the
			Morgan Run Field Day to a possible October date.
	Field Days
	Information &		There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 9:50 a.m.  The next meeting
	Winners		is on Wednesday, May 20, at Lake San Marcos Resort in the Trophy Room.  Checks for the
			Escondido Field Day are due at that time.
